Capabilities

Everything in One Interface

AeroDeck brings together control, video, telemetry, and navigation into a single application — no switching between apps mid-flight.

ExpressLRS & Long-Range Control
Native ELRS and Gemini dual-band support. Compatible with RadioMaster Nomad, Ranger, and Bandit, TBS Crossfire, and standard USB controllers. Emergency kill switch and dynamic rate switching built in.
Walksnail HD Video
Full-screen HD video feed with picture-in-picture, DVR recording, screenshot capture, signal quality overlay, and real-time latency monitoring via Walksnail Avatar and VRX.
Telemetry & Live Mapping
Real-time battery voltage, GPS coordinates, ground speed, altitude, heading, signal strength, satellite count, and flight time. OpenStreetMap, satellite, terrain, and offline maps with GPS trail logging.
Mission Planning & Safety
Waypoint mission builder with autonomous flight and landing. Return-to-home triggered manually, on signal loss, or on low battery. Geofencing with configurable max distance and altitude limits.
Steam Deck Native
Designed around the Steam Deck's controls and form factor. Custom control profiles, per-vehicle settings (rates, PIDs, camera), and fully offline field operation. Also supports Linux and Windows.
Multi-Vehicle Support
Control FPV drones, long-range UAVs, RC cars, crawlers, and boats from one interface. Per-vehicle profiles store throttle curves, steering rates, and maintenance notes independently.

FAQ

Questions

What vehicles does AeroDeck support?
FPV racing drones, long-range exploration UAVs, RC cars, rock crawlers, and RC boats. Vehicle profiles store settings independently so you can switch between vehicles in seconds.
Do I need a Steam Deck?
No — AeroDeck runs on any Linux desktop and Windows. The Steam Deck is the primary design target (controls, screen size, battery life), but any compatible hardware works.
When will AeroDeck be available?
No release date has been announced. Development is progressing through the planning and architecture phase. Launch announcements will appear in the Corallium Studios news section.
What will it cost?
AeroDeck will be available at a one-time price of $14.99. This grants a lifetime license with all future updates included — no subscription or recurring fees.
Does it work offline?
Yes. AeroDeck is designed for field use where internet connectivity is unreliable. Offline mapping, cached vehicle profiles, and local logging all work without a connection.
What radio protocol do I need?
ExpressLRS is the primary supported protocol and gives the best latency and range. TBS Crossfire and USB controllers (via a compatible adapter) are also supported.
